Today we toured the Dingle peninsula, and unfortunately, i left my regular camera behind. I could only use my phone camera, and the downloading lead to my computer is at home, and i will not be able to post those pictures until i get home. I am posting a couple of pictures i took previously of this wonderful area. Above is one of Inch strand (beach) which i took on a very stormy day last winter. We were on this beach today in beautiful sunshine. What a difference from then.
This picture i took on the same day around the Slea Head area at the tip of the peninsula.
Here we have Harrington's restaurant in Dingle town, and we did have a great meal of Calamari here at lunchtime today. Just tell Eileen that you know Dave Hogan and she will look after you well.
We did have another great day today, and the weather was sunny with fresher air than we have had for the last few days. It was still really nice. On returning to Killarney, Pat and Bruce enjoyed a tour of Ross Castle. This they also enjoyed very much.
Tomorrow we will be heading for the Cliffs of Moher and more magical country.
Catch you then.
Dave
