My only regret is that we did not have more time. When i get over your way i am going to hold you to that free triple Wendy Burger (and salad). Listening to you all talking about your Wendy restaurant chain left me in no doubt that you run a great operation and that what you supply is top class fresh products and first class service. I am sure that your book would be invaluable to anybody considering a career in the restaurant industry. We will always have to eat, and people are not fools....they do want the best. All of you together impressed me very much as a team. No wonder you run such a successful business. Now all i have to do is get over there and sample the product.

ReplyDeleteYou have had a wonderful year. I'm so happy for you. Your are the greatest guide and driver I have ever met. People are still amazed at the scope of information I learned while riding with you. I do have most of it written down in my journals, but most of the time I don't even need to refer to them.

Thanks Rita. I am sorry that i have been out of touch but now that things are quietening down i will be able to write more often. Thank you also for all that i have learned about the USA form good friends like you. It does work both ways.
