My new touring companions, Karen and Ralph Chalker, after arriving in Kinvara today from the USA. (The castle is in the background). Karen was with me last year, but this is Ralph's first visit. Tomorrow Ralph and i will play Golf in the fabulous Galway Golf Club in Salthill while Karen goes shopping. What a hard life we are having.

This is a really nice old castle where they host medieval banquets throughout the tourist season.Karen and Ralph finally arrived today and i collected them in Galway before we made our way to Kinvara. Needless to say they were tired but in fine spirits and very happy to be here at last. Karen was here with me last year with her friend Marcie during the Icelandic Volcanic eruption. They were actually hoping that the ash cloud would last longer than it did as they did not want to go home. We did have a lot of fun and i am sure that this year will be no different. They both send their love to all their friends and family who will be jealously following their progress on my Blog. Seriously though, it would be hard not to be a little envious, but, you can come too if you put your mind to it. I will be organising a group tour next year so if you are interested then just contact me.
