What a great way to start your day. This was Rita's birthday today and the chef in our hotel, the Killarney Plaza, presented her with a plate of green and chocolate, chocolate strawberries. Note the lovely necklace of green shamrocks which Rita made herself

A rare Vintage car, a Parisienne i believe. Never heard of it before.
I have seen these before OK.
Not this one though.
I believe the Mayor was in this one. What's wrong with his tractor?
The circus was there, with Barney.
and the children, in their hundreds.
What a great day this was in this special town.
Tonight we capped it off with a lovely meal in Casita Mexicana in Killarney town. This is a really nice Mexican restaurant and if you tell John and Eve that you know me then it will not do you any harm. They cater here for non-Mexican foodies also so do not feel left out if you are not into spicy food. Rita had a lovely fillet steak and Nancy had the lamb cutlets. Somebody had to have Mexican, so i had my Fajitas. Mmmmm.
This little chocolate selection was Rita's birthday treat from Eve and John at Casita.
