Private Chauffeur and Guide Shannon West of Ireland

Today i spoke with a friend in the USA whose daughter is coming to Ireland to study for a year. He wanted to know if i could take him and his wife and the daughter around for a few days if they came over sometime during the period she is studying here. He was delighted when i told him that i actually get quiet a few people doing just that in the off-season and that i would love to make myself available for them. This is not new to me and when this happens it really is a great opportunity for people to come visit their offspring and to give them the chance to see a little of the country also while they are studying here. The student will otherwise maybe just get to know only the locality where they are studying and never get around to get a broader view of the country. It is also a welcome break for them from their studies and everybody ends up happy. It does not really matter to me where the student is based as i can start my tour anywhere in the country and end it back in the same place if that is what they want. Our Winters are not that severe either and sometimes they might be even better than our Summers. Touring in the off-season can be lovely as it is quieter and easier to get around with very few tourists on view. Maybe something for some of you to think about if you have somebody coming my way.
I am still busy and my season has a couple of months to run yet as i can be busy up to the end of October. These months are often busy because flights are cheaper and prices in general are down a bit. The Autumn months can be lovely in Ireland and the weather can be mild and pleasant. You can never say that it will be dry here but we do get a lot of lovely weather...you just cannot predict when it will arrive. We have had our share of rain lately so i think we are overdue some nice weather soon. This private driver and guide is available in all kinds of weather so just give me a call if you need me.
