Dingle Peninsula with chauffeurdrive west of Ireland.

Fungi putting on a show for this little girl.

Today i brought my touring family to Dingle and we all went out to see Fungi the Dolphin in Dingle harbour. What a great show he put on for us. I have not done this myself for a few years now but i must say that i really enjoyed it today. This Dolphin always appears and the boatmen are so confident that he will appear that they do not charge you if he fails to do so. We were very fortunate with the weather as the forecast had not been good and yet we had great weather all day. Tonight we are in Killarney for our final night before moving on tomorrow once again. The tour is going really well and my guests are having a great time.
Killarney has been buzzing all week and the Irish Open Golf championship came to an end today with a victory for English golfer Ross Fisher. Irish hero' Padraic Harrington, put in a gallant effort in his final round and shot a 64 but ended up two shots short in second place. This championship has been a colossal success and Killarney will benefit highly from the great exposure it gave this wonderful town. I have loved Killarney for many years and it deserves all of the good publicity that it is receiving right now.
This week has also been festival week here and the wonderful street entertainment here every night this week has been great for all, especially the children. Tonight will see it reaching a climax and i am sure that there will be great crowds in the streets to enjoy the finale.Well done Killarney.

  2. A cultural tour to Ireland will introduce you to the woks of literary luminaries such as Jonathan Swift and Oscar Wilde who have produced marvelous pieces of writing.

    Thanks for giving information.

  3. We didn't get to see the real thing, but I enjoyed the statue in Dingle Harbor.

I have yet to visit a part of Ireland I didn't enjoy !!!

I did an Ireland and how it relates to the Joyce family for our family reunion last weekend. I think I sold several of the younger kids on giving it a try. They sure loved what I had to show them !!

    Love , Rita
