and last night at the Liam O'Connor Show in Killarney.The above photo, taken after the show last evening, shows my group with Liam O'Connor (on the right) and his wonderful dance team. The show was most enjoyable and a great experience for my group. It was a night when you could be proud to be Irish, or of having Irish blood in your veins.
The other photo was taken at Ladies View on our tour of the Ring of Kerry today. What a lovely day it was as the sun shone for us again. Who says that it always rains in Ireland. A kind German tourist was our photographer.On our arrival back in Killarney we visited the magnificent St Mary's cathedral which dates back to the eighteen hundreds and is something not to be missed. The memorial to the famine victims who died on this site when the cathedral was under construction can be seen in the grounds here.
I hope my traveling companions are enjoying their tour as much as i am enjoying it with them.
