Today was our day on the Ring of Kerry, and eventhough the day was not as bright and sunny as recent days, Gavin was delighted,as he did not want to leave Ireland without seeing the much talked about rain. It did arrive, but really only a light amount.
The rain brought with it a real bonus in the form of this Rainbow enhanced by the lovely Carolyn here in this special picture.
This local man entertains us at Kumakista, just outside Waterville, at the top of the mountain Pass overlooking the Atlantic.
Carolyn is getting up close and friendly with the kittens. You can see the lambs and a baby deer in the background.
Sitting high above the lakes at Ladies View, Carolyn and Gavin are enjoying the scenery.
Well, everybody wants to find a Leprechaun, but there were none crossing today while we were there. It might have been the weather.
