Is there anywhere lovelier than Ireland when the sun shines, and it really does, despite the negative reports of some who think that we never get anything but rain. Not true. Just look back over previous Blog posts of mine and you will see for yourself just how many sunny days you will find there. Pictures (on my Blog) do not lie.I took this photo at the Cliffs of Moher recently. Our Summer this year has been just perfect, plenty of sunshine and scattered showers, keeping our flowers and shrubs fresh and beautiful, and our grass an Irish green. It has never been too hot, and never cold, and the air has been as fresh as only Irish air can get. The long term forecast seems to be promising also, and our months of August September and October can be really nice here in Ireland.
If you are thinking about coming anywhere inside the next three months, then you will still have plenty of daylight hours,and weather conditions that will never be either too hot or too cold. Many people prefer the latter end of our season, as late September and October can be quieter and less crowded.
