Kinsale and Cove with chauffeurdrive Holidays and Dave Hogan

Yesterday we left Killarney behind and made our way to Kinsale where we were to stay for two nights, leaving tomorrow for Dublin. In the picture above we have my group outside on the balcony overlooking Oysterhaven Bay at the rear of our lovely hotel the Kinsale Carlton This is a really nice hotel in a quiet secluded area outside Kinsale. There is a shuttle bus service into and out from Kinsale, so there is no transport problems.Well i have mentioned that the Ryan's are off to Dublin tomorrow, and, as you can see, they already have their luggage packed and ready to go.

Tim decided to hire a bike and find his own way around Kinsale. This did not work out too well as he managed to get two flat tires. Too bad.

I will be sad to see them go but as you can see here they are all packed and fully set to be on their way.

The cathedral in Cove, that famous port at the mouth of the river Lee,which was the last port of call for the Titanic, is a really majestic church, and well worth a visit. From the left we have, Beth, Loretta, Becky, Tim and George.

The bronze statues of Annie Moore and her two young brothers, outside the Cove Heritage Center, which we visited today. Annie was the first person the register in Ellis Island in 1892.
Tomorrow we head for Dublin where i will be parting company with this wonderful family, after what has been for me a special tour. I hope that it has been memorable for the Ryan's also.
